Water Ring 1-1/2" ID, 3" OD 
The water ring is used to hold water whiling drilling holes. It's designed to act as suction cup and will hold onto glossy surfaces such as granite and marble. Water is essentially for cooling and lubricating diamond core drills and will increase the life of the bit too. The water ring is 1-1/2" inner diameter and a 3" outer diameter.
