Do I have to pay sales tax?

All orders placed online will be charged applicable state sales tax. We are required to collect state sales taxes for most states at rates which are set by each state, county and local municipality as determined by the zip code where you receive delivery. If the state given in your shipping address is one of these states, applicable sales taxes will be added to your total amount and shown on your checkout pages unless an exemption is requested and the order is placed as stated above.

If you qualify for exemption from state sales tax and would like to claim it, you must provide us with a copy of your State’s exemption certificate at 818-765-6577 ext. 510 or email us at store@stonetooling.com.
I have a question on my charges.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
 
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
 
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
 
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. The charge will show up on your statement from Bonanza Trade & Supply
