IMER Mighty Small 50 Sprayer Mixer

The Mighty SMALL 50 can operate continuously on 110v 20 amp service. This machine has the ability to spray or pump up to 3.5 gallons of material per minute through 85 ft. of 1" hose. The versatility of the Mighty SMALL 50 is very impressive - spray fireproofing, pump grout into door jams, fill molds at precast plants, spray stucco onto residential homes, apply the grout to finish rock walls

Just like the Step Up 120 the Small 50 has a diagnostic computer on board. Should there be a problem with the current, the motor running hot, or the material being applied becoming unsuitable for pumping, the LED display screen will let you know.

With the optional Dual Diaghragm Compressor, the IMER Mighty Small 50 can be used for spraying applications. It delivers a high volume output with low pressure. This compressor is also set-up and calibrated to operate as per the instructions of the Mighty Small 50 computer. It is also maintenance free as it can operate without an oil reservoir.

Several gun kits are available including Fine Coatings Gun Kit (fine spray/stucco), Tuck Point Gun Kit, Controlled Grout Gun Kit, and Koine Gun Kit (Premixed Mortar/Fireproofing). Other accessories include Vibrating Hopper, 5' Overhead Wand great for fireproofing applications, and Pipe Hook for filling block or door jambs. Material Pump Hoses are available in lengths including 16', 33', and 50'.

Because of the versatility and wide range of applications of the IMER Mighty Small 50 Sprayer Mixer, the Dual Diaghragm Compressor and all accessories, including hoses and gun kits, are sold separately. This allows you to select only the accessories needed for your job.
